On July 25, over 600 "juehuo masters" traveled from Beijing and beyond, bringing real challenges they urgently needed to solve in their work and daily lives, converging at the Feishu AI Juehuo Conference · Beijing Station.
Prior to the event's start, the check-in wall and various exhibition areas were already packed with guests. The venue was filled everywhere with an atmosphere of exchange, hands-on trials, and eager anticipation.
This was not a one-way listening session
In the first half, six frontline practitioners from organizational management, content creation, and traditional manufacturing took turns on stage. Each speaker had only 12 minutes—no abstract trends, just demonstrations of one truly effective AI "juehuo" (unique skill).
Second Half: 90-Minute Vibe Coding Challenge
Everyone participated in a 90-minute live coding challenge: turning a real-world problem into a working product prototype on the spot, followed by audience voting to crown the day’s “Juehuo King.”
Some brought painful problems from their daily work; others revived long-abandoned product ideas, while some simply wanted to experience firsthand whether AI truly has the power to solve practical issues.
Six Juehuo Masters Reveal Their True Skills
The six guest speakers took the stage in turn, each limited to 12 minutes, showcasing AI applications proven in real-world environments.
AI is not just a tool—it's a capable collaborator
Zhang Zala believes there's no standard model for an AI Native organization. Real-world use cases often don't come from pre-planned designs but naturally emerge during frontline work. Instead of drawing grand blueprints, it's better to start with specific tasks and let AI become a genuine participant.
Niu Jingjing brought his Agent into Feishu meetings. It doesn’t just listen and summarize—it understands conversational context, instantly generates web pages, and even places coffee orders based on meeting content, achieving “understands, connects, and acts.”
The simpler the tools, the more critical taste and judgment become
Zhang Kaiyu, co-founder of 43 AI, pointed out that as tool barriers lower, what becomes truly scarce is no longer technical skills, but aesthetic sense, taste, and judgment—the ability to know what’s worth pursuing and what should be abandoned.
Douyin creator "Master's AI Xiao Zao," with over 300,000 followers, also emphasized that rather than merely collecting prompts, creators should clarify goals, materials, and division of labor. Transforming ideas into results—that’s the true “juehuo.”
"Knowing how to use AI" has become a basic skill; knowing "what should be delegated to AI" is what determines value.
Useful “juehuo” hide within the most specific problems
Xiao Pan, a "second-generation factory owner" from the automotive industry, isn't just focused on cost reduction and efficiency gains—he's also grappling with the difficulty of hiring key talent. By integrating quality inspection features via Feishu Miaoda, he enabled frontline staff without AI expertise to use the system right out of the box.
Open-source Skill practitioner lilimozi connected Feishu CLI into his personal workflow, turning personal data and daily behaviors into callable context.
Ordinary individuals no longer need to wait for standardized solutions—they can become developers and first users of their own workflows.
Over 600 people simultaneously get to work, tackling one real problem
After the presentations ended, 600 devices lit up simultaneously. For the next 90 minutes, participants formed teams of ten, focusing on a single concrete problem and using Feishu AI to build a first-version product ready for live demonstration.
Teams collaboratively broke down requirements, built interfaces, corrected errors immediately, and restarted when directions veered off track.
Some were deeply focused, others enthusiastically interactive—adding a light-hearted tone to the tense countdown.
90 Minutes: Just Get the First Version Running
While 90 minutes may not be enough to build a perfect product, it’s sufficient to validate whether an idea is viable.
Dozens of projects emerged, each solving a real pain point using Feishu AI.
"Start Your Account Today" streamlines trending topics, content ideation, and publishing workflows to help launch content channels; "AI Little Shovel" automatically generates product intro images for rapid creative dissemination.
"Accountant Master" helps individual operators assess project feasibility and potential risks; "Miao Yu" consolidates information from Feishu groups into a searchable collaboration directory.
And some fun, imaginative ones too: "Office Yi Daoist" calculates daily "brick-carrying luck" and "pay raise fortune" for office workers.
All entries were aggregated via the Feishu Miaoda system into a browsable, votable "Juehuo Map," giving every creative idea its moment in the spotlight.
From open selection to crowning champions—proof is in the projects
The 52 teams were divided into two tracks: "Enterprise Efficiency" and "Super Individuals."
After on-site preliminary selection, shortlisted teams delivered pitch presentations, with final awards decided by audience voting.
Winners included the "AI Operations Juehuo King," "AI R&D Juehuo King," and "AI Marketing Juehuo King" in the Enterprise Efficiency track, and the "Super Individual Juehuo King," "Most Popular Juehuo Master," and "Most Creative Juehuo Master" in the Super Individual track.
Next stop—we look forward to your next "juehuo"
In one afternoon, over 600 participants started from real problems and turned ideas into action using AI "juehuo."
Some restructured their workflows, others solved long-standing minor annoyances, and some realized for the first time that with Feishu AI, building a product isn’t so far out of reach.
The awards captured achievements of the day, but more importantly, everyone walked away with a working first-version prototype and a methodology for continuous iteration.
The Feishu AI Juehuo Conference Beijing Station concluded successfully—and many of these projects continue to grow.
