Welcome, HISENSE GROUP!
Recently, Hisense Group (referred to as "Hisense") and Feishu officially signed a cooperation agreement, announcing a comprehensive upgrade of its existing office platform “Xinhong 2.0” to “Xinhong 3.0.” This upgrade is the result of deep collaboration between Hisense and Feishu in the AI era, aiming to help Hisense achieve a transformative leap in working models through a more efficient and intelligent digital platform.
Founded in 1969, Hisense Group includes five listed companies such as Hisense Visual Technology and Hisense Home Appliances, as well as multiple well-known brands including Hisense and Ronshen. Over the past 56 years, Hisense has consistently adhered to a development strategy of “technology-driven enterprise and stable operations,” continuously promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, building a diversified industrial portfolio covering smart living, smart energy, semiconductors, and automotive electronics.
Jia Shaoqian, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Hisense Group, said: “Feishu provides high-quality services for Chinese industry and enterprises in the age of artificial intelligence. We have observed that Feishu can integrate various types of information, significantly improving operational efficiency. Hisense has dozens of R&D centers and production bases worldwide, along with seven overseas regional divisions. If we can combine informatization, standardization, and the efficiency improvements brought by Feishu, our operational experience will be greatly optimized. We look forward to deepening our partnership further and jointly setting new benchmarks for the industry.”
Xie Xin, CEO of Feishu, said: “Hisense is a model of China’s manufacturing sector and a long-term practitioner committed to technological innovation. We are honored to collaborate with Hisense to jointly explore new pathways for intelligent manufacturing driven by AI. Feishu will serve every Hisense employee with a pragmatic approach, and we believe this powerful alliance will set an example for digital transformation among large-scale manufacturing enterprises.”
AI-Driven Enhancement of Organizational Efficiency

With the advancement of disruptive technologies such as AI, Feishu will assist Hisense in enhancing organizational efficiency and employee experience across the following four areas:
Digital Reconstruction of Workflows: Leveraging Feishu's multi-dimensional tables and low-code capabilities, Hisense will achieve a “digital leap” in complex processes. Tasks that previously took a week can now be completed within hours using no-code methods.
Deep Integration of AI Capabilities: The company-wide AI office assistant at Hisense, named “Xinghai Classmate,” is developed based on the Feishu AI Work Assistant, helping employees work efficiently and quickly retrieve corporate knowledge. Feishu AI can automatically generate meeting minutes, extract key points via semantic understanding, and create follow-up tasks, enabling more productive meetings.
Upgraded Organizational Collaboration: Supporting efficient cross-departmental collaboration at Hisense, integrating collaboration chains across product, R&D, marketing, manufacturing, and other departments to improve overall operational efficiency.
Data Security Assurance: As a leading enterprise in manufacturing, Hisense has extremely high requirements for data security. Feishu offers enterprise-grade protection capabilities, including data encryption and permission management, comprehensively meeting Hisense’s security and compliance needs.
From 'Top-Down Alignment' to 'Mutual Advancement'
This collaboration is not only a top-down strategic decision but also enjoys broad grassroots support. Before the formal signing, over 8,000 employees within Hisense had already independently adopted and promoted Feishu. For example, after internal training, the marketing team proactively applied Feishu's multi-dimensional tables combined with AI tools to batch-generate marketing copy, significantly improving work efficiency.
Going forward, the partnership will extend beyond office collaboration. Hisense plans to leverage Feishu’s open capabilities and integration platform to empower more business units to achieve autonomous process optimization and application innovation, allowing data and efficiency to deeply penetrate every aspect of R&D, production, and sales—truly transforming “smarter tools” into “stronger business competitiveness.”
