Recently, the official launch of Feishu at Luye Pharma Group and the kickoff ceremony for its AI Pioneer Competition were held at the company’s headquarters in Yantai. As planned, Feishu will become Luye Pharma Group’s unified collaborative and AI-powered work interface: on the office side, it will enable seamless cross-departmental and cross-regional collaboration while facilitating knowledge accumulation; on the business side, it will be closely integrated with strategic initiatives such as AI-powered R&D and intelligent supply chain management, exploring AI applications across healthcare-specific verticals—including clinical registration, manufacturing quality control, and commercial marketing. Concurrently, the AI Efficiency Pioneer Competition was launched during the event, encouraging employees to propose solutions addressing real-world business challenges and validating their value through measurable results. Outstanding cases will be distilled into methodologies and reusable templates for broader adoption across departments.
Wang Hanbing noted that in the AI era, the most valuable asset is talent who possess both deep domain expertise and strong AI proficiency. Feishu will support Luye Pharma Group in leveraging Feishu and Doubao (ByteDance’s AI assistant) in phases—through training programs, Doubao workshops, and co-creation of use-case scenarios—to help employees translate business needs into practical, ready-to-use tools, enabling AI pioneers to “take root and flourish” across Luye Pharma.
Long-acting formulations emphasize stable, sustained drug release—and organizational evolution follows the same principle.
