When creating a metric chart and needing a calculated field, enter the formula editor. On the right side of the editor is the AI chat panel.

No need to understand obscure functions
All you need to do is enter everyday language into the chat box—for example: "Count the number of items where *@Requirement Type* equals standard process." AI instantly understands your intent and delivers the underlying logic along with the complete formula. Click "Adopt," and the formula is immediately applied, generating the chart on the spot.
If you need more granular data, there's no need to struggle locating field names—just use the @ function as if chatting in a group. For instance, type: "Count the total estimated points of requirements assigned to @Wang Xiaoming in @Product Team." AI accurately recognizes the teams, people, and specific task fields you've @-mentioned, delivering a precise formula tailored to your environment.
When encountering unclear metric concepts, don't hesitate to ask AI. It supports multi-turn conversations, helping break down complex metric logic or patiently guiding you step-by-step in building a highly sophisticated analysis formula. Within a single editing session, AI remembers the context of your conversation.
