Recently, Seres Group (hereinafter referred to as "Seres") announced that all employees have begun using Feishu and officially launched its office collaboration platform "SAI 2.0." The two partners will leverage Feishu’s cutting-edge AI capabilities and platform to build a collaborative working approach suited for the AI era, jointly creating a new benchmark for digital collaboration in the automotive industry.
Seres’ Momentum of Efficient Development Drives Organizational Evolution

As this year’s largest IPO globally in the automotive sector, Seres officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in November, becoming the first luxury new-energy vehicle company to achieve dual listing on both A-share and H-share markets. In the same month, it set a historical record with 55,200 new energy vehicle sales, while the cumulative deliveries of the AITO series have surpassed 900,000 units.
In response to the AI trend, Seres is determined to use the SAI 2.0 platform, built on Feishu, to create a work methodology fit for the AI era.
Implementing the "Four AI+" Strategy Toward Becoming an "AI Organization"
Built upon the SAI 2.0 framework, Feishu will assist Seres in achieving four major enhancements in AI capabilities:
AI + Smart Meetings: Using Feishu's "Smart Meeting Notes," key meeting points and to-do items are automatically summarized, enabling more efficient flow of decision-making information and resolving communication challenges across regions and departments.
AI + Business Scenario Adaptation: Leveraging Feishu's multi-dimensional tables and AI platform to restructure business processes. Multiple successful AI applications have already emerged in areas such as整车 demand management, test drive feedback analysis, and process inquiries.
AI + Knowledge Management: During the trial phase, internal AI-powered knowledge Q&A at Seres was used over 200 times per day on average, with more than 700 daily messages exchanged with AI assistants, making AI capabilities a "super assistant" for employees.
AI + Efficiency Pioneers: Both parties will co-host an "Efficiency Pioneer Competition" to cultivate versatile talent who understand business operations and can effectively utilize AI.
