Yitai Group Increases 'AI Year-End Bonus' to Ignite Innovation, Post-05 Employees Shine

January 5, 2026 – Inner Mongolia Yitai Group Co., Ltd., a Fortune China 500 company and a leader in clean energy in Inner Mongolia, successfully held the finals of its first “Feishu Efficiency Pioneer Competition” of 2026. This marks a key milestone in Yitai Group’s deepening digital transformation, as it moves from “collaborative office work” toward becoming an “AI organization.”

In his post‑competition summary, Liu Chunlin, Chairman of Yitai Group, noted that efficiency and innovation have become the core drivers of the company’s development. “Advanced teams use Feishu first” is not just a slogan; it is a critical lever for shifting from product‑based competition to efficiency‑driven competition. Ge Yaoyong, Vice President of the Group, also stated that Feishu has become the core driving platform for Yitai’s digital transformation. Through deep integration with 11 business systems, Feishu is comprehensively leading a strategic upgrade of the Group’s management model.

A Special “AI Year‑End Bonus” of 400,000 Yuan

Making “AI Contributions” Visible

At the end of 2025, Feishu jointly initiated a proposal with more than thirty industry‑leading enterprises to award “AI year‑end bonuses” to employees – a tangible, material reward for AI pioneers. Entering 2026, Yitai Group became the first company in China to actually grant such a bonus. At the finals, Yitai Group announced it would double the prize money, awarding 400,000 yuan in cash as a special “AI year‑end bonus” to outstanding innovative teams. This concrete action recognises the pioneering spirit of early adopters, encourages employees to use their spare time to explore the depths of technology implementation, and unleashes AI’s productivity in specific business scenarios.

In this innovation‑friendly atmosphere, a number of “young forces” stood out. In the competition, a 2005‑born intern (i.e., an intern born in 2005) won third prize by building an intelligent analysis model for the Electromechanical Power Center based on a deep understanding of business processes and Feishu’s multidimensional tables. This model is expected to save over one million yuan in electricity costs annually. This fully demonstrates how digital tools are flattening the experience gap and empowering every employee to re‑engineer business processes.

Rooted in Business Scenarios

100% Application‑Based Digital & Intelligent Practices

This competition was not merely a skills contest; it was a showcase of the deep integration between Yitai Group’s business operations and AI. All 16 finalist cases adopted the multidimensional table application model and deeply integrated capabilities such as Work Recipes, Base AI, and aily.

  • Coal Marketing & Transportation Division: Built a multidimensional table application around an “integrated application model,” merging six business chains (sales, dispatching, etc.) and eight functional portals. This enables decisions to be made from a single, real‑time updated data source, with an estimated annual quantifiable benefit of 2.8616 million yuan.

  • Procurement Center: Leveraged Feishu aily to package a knowledge base into an AI agent embedded in the supply chain platform, enabling autonomous responses to frequently asked questions. At the same time, aily scheduled tasks automatically generate business summary reports and push them to groups, greatly improving information flow efficiency.

  • Hong Kong Office: Used multidimensional tables and AI capabilities to solve the pain points of fragmented information and difficult quantification in reception management, achieving automated process triggering and visualised data presentation, saving over 300 working hours per year.

As Zhang Junyu, a Board Member of Yitai Group, said at the award ceremony: “AI is not an opponent; it is a partner that empowers us. On the Feishu platform – an integrated platform that connects data and fuses AI – every exploration we make is forging our future core competitiveness.”
