AI Oriented to Reality, Anhui Creates Towards Innovation: Feishu Anhui Summit Launches the 'Anhui Feichanghao' Plan

January 21 – The “2026 Feishu Advanced Productivity Summit · Hefei Station” (hereinafter referred to as the “Anhui Summit”) was held in Hefei under the theme “AI to Reality, Anhui Manufacturing for a New Era.” As a nationally important hub for technological innovation, Hefei has risen to the forefront of global research cities thanks to its “Chip‑Screen‑Auto‑Home‑Appliance” industrial layout and its sharp “vision” for future industries. The Summit focused on the deep application of AI in manufacturing, attracting more than 200 business executives, government leaders, and industry experts from sectors such as new energy vehicles, high‑end equipment, and semiconductors to discuss how to leverage AI as a “new quality productive force” to drive high‑quality development of Anhui’s manufacturing industry.

AI Landing in Anhui: From “Vision” to “Action”

As an important exchange platform for the integration of Anhui’s manufacturing industry with AI, the Summit explored in depth the practical pathways for organizational transformation and technology implementation. In his opening speech, Yao Xiang, General Manager of Feishu Commercialization for East China, pointed out that Hefei’s rise stems from an extremely keen “vision.” From the initial “Chip‑Screen‑Auto‑Home‑Appliance” layout to today’s AI innovation hub, Hefei has always been at the forefront of industrial change.

“In today’s AI‑accelerated world, the cost of ‘waiting and seeing’ is already far higher than the cost of ‘trial and error’.”

Yao Xiang stated bluntly that AI adoption in enterprises cannot remain only in strategic PPTs; it must enter real business scenarios and solve the “misalignment” between production lines and management lines. He emphasized that a number of pioneers in Anhui have already taken the lead, using Feishu to successfully close the loop on AI‑driven efficiency improvements. Feishu is committed to being a long‑term trusted partner for enterprises, turning these “advanced and replicable” experiences into systematic productivity to help more Anhui companies win the future.

At the Summit, Feishu officially launched the “Anhui FeiChangHao Efficiency Acceleration Plan.” The release of this plan marks the transition of AI in Anhui from “sparks” to a “prairie fire.” Feishu will deepen its presence in the Anhui region, using benchmark enterprises and technology enablement to help more Anhui companies make the leap from “hearing about AI” to “using AI effectively.”

From “Pioneers” to “New Normal”: Feishu Brings Manufacturing AI to the Front Line

At the Summit, four highly representative Anhui companies shared their “real‑world results” of using AI and digital tools in complex business scenarios.

Li Shang, Senior Digitalization Manager at Chery Jetour, shared the “acceleration secrets” behind Jetour’s global expansion. In its international growth, Jetour used Feishu’s multidimensional tables and AI to build an overseas business center, achieving near‑real‑time translation of Arabic complaint emails and converting them into actionable instructions. This enabled teams across five countries (China, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, etc.) to perform efficient cross‑time‑zone, cross‑language reconciliation, completely breaking the efficiency bottleneck of international collaboration. In the management of modified vehicle parts, Jetour built a “Parts Maturity Intelligent Control Platform” that saved nearly one million yuan annually per project. Additionally, Jetour co‑hosted an “Efficiency Pioneer Competition” with Feishu to stimulate company‑wide innovation, generating 28 AI practical cases and directly yielding efficiency gains of over 10 million yuan.

Li Qinqin, Digitalization Expert at NIO, pointed out that in the face of fierce market competition, NIO is abandoning the traditional “building a skyscraper” model of heavy investment in office tool development. Instead, it uses Feishu’s multidimensional tables, Feishu Projects, and aPaaS capabilities to perform “Lego‑style assembly,” shortening the development cycle for business office systems from months to hours. On the marketing side, NIO launched a brand‑new business development management system in just 24 hours. Combined with AI‑generated plans and scripts, it helped the front line complete tens of thousands of effective business development activities in just three months. For NIO’s battery swap station construction and renovation, NIO built two office systems using multidimensional tables, AI, and Feishu Projects. Complex formulas are written in seconds by AI, saving 40,000 person‑hours per year and reducing project costs. At the same time, NIO created a “plug‑and‑play” ecosystem platform on top of Feishu, allowing hundreds of core partners to connect to business workflows with zero development and zero cost, eliminating collaboration barriers between organizations.

Lu Xunyin, Dean of the Digital & Intelligent Autonomy‑Connection Institute at Huafu Technology, noted that mid‑stream enterprises are under pressure from “tight upstream and urgent downstream” and must become stronger through AI to solidify the industry’s backbone. He believes that “ERP is a milestone of digitalization, while Feishu is a milestone of AI adoption.” By integrating Feishu’s Aily agents and multidimensional tables, Huafu Technology successfully built an intelligent closed‑loop for safety management. Factory incidents and anomalies are alerted to responsible personnel within seconds, patrol manpower has been reduced by 80%, and problem‑resolution time has been cut from several days to less than one hour.

Liu Xintianzhen, Chairman of Anhui Ruineng Technology, honestly shared a profound lesson about “execution gaps”: a previous failure in meeting follow‑through caused losses of tens of millions of yuan. “The most dangerous thing is not a wrong decision, but a decision that is never executed.” After adopting Feishu, Ruineng used AI to automatically generate meeting minutes and risk markers, ensuring that execution aligned with strategy. It also connected all systems, including ERP and MES, solving the “last mile” problem of data flow.

Through the “Anhui FeiChangHao” Plan, this Summit aims to make AI an accessible and inclusive productivity tool for thousands of Anhui enterprises. As Yao Xiang said: “Feishu will continue to cultivate the region, helping more companies forge their own ‘advanced manufacturing path’ with AI — making advanced practices replicable, making pragmatism actionable, and making AI a truly accessible growth engine for every Anhui enterprise.”
