Say goodbye to manual follow-ups — a high-quality AI will automatically handle tasks!
AI Assistant That Requires No Manual Follow-up
Immediate Execution Upon Reaching Milestones
Feishu Projects deeply integrates AI into workflows. Once a task reaches a designated node or enters a specific status, the system automatically triggers and executes relevant actions. Repetitive tasks such as writing review reports, conducting evaluations, summarizing results, and analyzing issues are all handled by AI.
Available for both Flagship and Professional editions
Direct AI Invocation from Node Flows
"Integration into workflows" means that after enabling the official "AI Assistant" application at a certain workflow node, whenever the process reaches this point, AI automatically completes tasks based on natural language instructions—such as breaking down goals, creating timelines, identifying risks, drafting meeting minutes, and conducting project reviews—and automatically fills the results back into specified fields or generates documents.
AI Actions in Status Flows
Besides node flows, AI is also integrated into status flows and automation rule settings. When a work item enters a specific state or meets predefined conditions, the system automatically invokes AI for processing. For example, in a development process, if a bug is marked as "Pending Investigation," AI will immediately analyze the issue type and investigation direction, submit a ticket, and perform duplicate checks.
For instance, during iterative development for R&D teams, when a new requirement moves to the "Technical Review" node, AI automatically generates solution comparisons and risk checklists. Previously, developers, testers, and PMs might have spent half a day aligning on these; now it's achieved with "wherever the workflow goes, AI follows," allowing teams to focus on critical decisions.
AI Assistant in Schedule View
Transforming "Checking Schedules" into "Querying Projects"
No need to manually scan tables or verify schedules line by line—just one sentence enables AI to analyze project progress: checking status, identifying bottlenecks, calculating impacts, and reporting risks, making project management more efficient.
Exclusively available for Industry Professional edition
The Schedule AI Assistant is embedded directly within the schedule view interface, eliminating the need to switch tools or manually filter data. It offers four core capabilities: Smart Querying—quickly retrieving focused tasks and responsible parties through questions; Bottleneck Analysis—tracing task dependencies to locate blockages and suggest solutions; Impact Simulation—calculating ripple effects of delays based on upstream/downstream relationships and critical paths; Risk Alerting—reverse-calculating the latest start time from milestones to provide early warnings and corrective recommendations.
For example, simply ask: "Which tasks this week may be delayed?" and AI instantly generates a list; ask "What happens if this task is delayed by two days?" and AI automatically simulates the impact scope; ask "Help me check what risks lie ahead in the next two weeks," and AI provides risk alerts along with response strategies.
Redesigned Workspace
Reduced Search Effort, Enhanced Focus
Feishu Projects has completely upgraded its navigation and homepage! With clear and intuitive layout, organized to-do items, and AI collaboration readily accessible, daily work shifts from "finding entry points" to "getting straight to work."
The new navigation displays frequently used features upfront, while less common ones can be collapsed with one click. Administrators can further customize function ordering, pinning team-high-frequency functions to the top.
Opening Feishu Projects brings you directly to your personalized "Workspace"—integrating content such as "Recommended for You" (my tasks, smart weekly reports, new projects, connected AI tools), "My Spaces," and "My Favorites/Frequently Used"—eliminating frequent page switching and creating a personal dashboard.
To-dos are automatically categorized as "Overdue," "Today," "This Week," and "This Month," with support to toggle views by day, week, month, or quarter. New features like "See Who Depends On This" and "Follow Up" make project blockers visible at a glance, enabling one-click notifications to responsible parties.
For example, Product Manager Li Tian opens Feishu Projects every morning and immediately sees today’s to-dos and upcoming projects; entering "My Tasks," her to-dos are already sorted by time—first addressing today’s due requirements, then planning items to launch this week. If she finds a requirement blocked by a predecessor task, she simply clicks "Follow Up" to notify the relevant person. Without switching spaces or searching menus, she completes her entire day’s planning within minutes.
One Line of MQL
Filtering, Grouping, Sorting—all in One Go
MQL (Meegle Query Language) is a structured query language launched by Feishu Projects, condensing filtering, grouping, and sorting operations—which previously required multiple clicks—into a single concise statement. Input is fast, editing is smooth, and reuse is convenient.
This method primarily enables three functions: filtering, grouping, and sorting. Any operation achievable via UI clicks can now be efficiently implemented using code, significantly improving configuration efficiency, reducing adjustment costs, supporting cross-scenario reuse, and facilitating better collaboration with AI.
Whether temporarily querying within a view, pasting into the global search bar, or quickly creating a new view via the navigation bar, MQL seamlessly integrates. Choose flexibly among these three access points for greater convenience.
The core MQL syntax includes WHERE (filtering), GROUP BY (grouping), and ORDER BY (sorting). Field names are enclosed in backticks, conditions written directly—users can get started with just basic filtering logic.
For example, an operations staff needs to find "P0-level requirements currently in progress," grouped by business line and sorted by creation time in descending order. Previously, this would require over a dozen clicks in the filter panel, but now they only need to enter: WHERE `Priority` = 'P0' AND `Status` = 'In Progress' GROUP BY `Business Line` ORDER BY `Creation Time` DESC, then press Enter to see results. This statement can be saved and reused or shared directly with colleagues, avoiding repetitive configurations.
System-Monitored Project Alignment
Cross-Functional Projects Aligned Automatically
Feishu Projects introduces the new "Milestone Scheduling Constraints" feature, supporting automatic alignment of complex project rhythms such as IPD and IPMS, replacing manual repeated verification with system-enforced validation.
Exclusively available for Industry Professional edition
By configuring scheduling constraint rules at milestones within task breakdowns, downstream execution processes such as IPD and IPMS are ensured to automatically align with overall product timelines. During schedule entry, the system automatically validates whether each milestone complies with upstream/downstream baseline requirements: if standards are exceeded, immediate red-flag alerts appear, and publishing the schedule is blocked, preventing execution deviations from strategic objectives at the source.
For example, if a new product’s launch date is set with the rule that "marketing launch must not be later than product launch," once configured, the system automatically checks all schedules: if the marketing team’s timeline violates this rule, it is immediately flagged in red and blocked, completely avoiding awkward situations such as "marketing materials ready but product not yet released."
Personalized Metrics Charts
One Chart Fits All Roles
The metrics module receives two major updates: support for custom legend colors and role-based data visibility. One chart replaces multiple duplicate views, ensuring data security while reducing maintenance effort.
In the past, chart colors changed randomly, lacking consistency. Now users can define and fix color usage—for example, P0 in red, P1 in orange, and each business line using its brand color. Managers can quickly identify business meanings without repeatedly referring to legends.
With the same report, different users see different data. Internal teams can view all project data, while external partners only see authorized portions. A single chart satisfies diverse permission needs, eliminating the need to create separate views for different roles.
