Manage Projects with AI—Meet "Milimeter"
Your AI Assistant "Milimeter" Has Arrived!
Simply chat directly within Feishu to check project status, analyze risks, and update tasks. Let AI handle everything from data retrieval and summary creation to updating information.
Available in the Flagship Edition and Industry-Specific Edition
Just search for "Milimeter" in Feishu to start a conversation, or add Milimeter to a group and @mention it—just like communicating with colleagues—to manage your projects seamlessly.
Whether checking progress, analyzing risks, compiling weekly reports, or changing owners, schedules, and task statuses, Milimeter works across Feishu Projects, groups, and Feishu Docs. It doesn't just answer questions—it actively participates in project collaboration.
For example, simply tell Milimeter: "Analyze the current progress of this requirement, and based on fields, milestones, comments, operation logs, and group content, generate a weekly project report." Milimeter will automatically summarize the project status, identify risks, and deliver the analysis as a Feishu Doc. The Industry-Specific Edition can even read project plans and associated data to quickly generate comprehensive reports.
AI Smart Scheduling
Redefining Project Planning
Adjust your entire schedule with just one sentence.
AI can batch-modify timelines and assignees, and automatically create milestones, subtasks, and sub-items—transforming plan adjustments from tedious line-by-line edits into instant, one-sentence actions.
Exclusive to the Industry-Specific Edition
The scheduling feature supports AI-powered smart planning. Use natural language to batch-adjust timelines, assignees, and create milestones, subtasks, and sub-items—no more manual, item-by-item updates.
Whether it’s last-minute project changes, reassigning responsibilities, or creating new project schedules, AI understands your commands and automatically adjusts related tasks in bulk, significantly reducing repetitive work.
For instance, if a team member goes on leave, simply enter: "Postpone the end date of all ongoing tasks assigned to Zhang San by five working days." AI will automatically adjust the timelines of those tasks and their dependent subtasks.
When setting up a new project, you could say: "Refer to the scheduling rules of TR1 Technical Concept Review and automatically generate the same rhythm for the remaining review nodes." AI will quickly complete the entire schedule based on existing plans.
Dynamic Permission Control
Building a New Frontier for Data Security
Permissions automatically adapt based on dynamic relationships. Whenever organizational structure or project associations change, permissions are instantly synchronized—effectively solving data leakage risks in complex collaborations.
Available in the Flagship Edition and Industry-Specific Edition
Dynamic relationship-based permission control automatically assigns access rights based on reporting lines and task dependencies, enabling "when people or data change, permissions change accordingly."
In scenarios such as organizational restructuring, employee onboarding/offboarding, or adding new project-related requirements, there's no need for administrators to manually update individual permissions—the system automatically syncs them, greatly reducing management overhead.
For example, a R&D project may involve over 200 linked items including requirements, development tasks, and test cases.
With dynamic permissions enabled, you only need to set permissions once for project members—all related items will inherit these permissions automatically. When new requirements are added or team members change, permissions are synced instantly without reconfiguration.
Enhanced Commenting Features for Focused Business Discussions
More intuitive commenting experience. With thread replies, field-level comments, and hover previews, discussions stay tightly linked to business data.
The commenting function has been fully upgraded to support threaded replies, field-level commenting, and hover-to-preview in lists.
Discussions can now happen directly around specific fields. Replies automatically notify relevant members, and users can quickly view the latest comments directly in the list without entering details—keeping communication aligned with business data and reducing back-and-forth confirmations.
For example, if a tester finds that a bug’s priority needs adjustment, they can start a discussion directly under the "Priority" field. The responsible party receives an immediate notification. Other team members can simply hover over the item in the list to see the latest comment—no need to open the detail page—to quickly grasp the discussion status.
Light App Chart Upgrades
Make Data Speak
Two new visualization components—Heatmap and Sankey Diagram—have been added to Light Apps, making data hotspots and resource flows instantly clear.
New Heatmap Component
Heatmaps use color gradients to intuitively show data distribution, helping teams quickly identify hotspots, outliers, and resource loading conditions—making data trends immediately visible.
For example, in resource management, heatmaps can display team members’ task loads. Darker colors indicate heavier workloads, helping managers quickly spot bottlenecks and adjust staffing promptly.
New Sankey Diagram Component
Sankey diagrams use line thickness to represent data flow between different nodes. Ideal for analyzing resource allocation, demand flow, and business distribution, they help quickly identify data transition paths.
For example, in HR planning, personnel allocation can be analyzed by team and requirement type. A Sankey diagram visually presents resource distribution and movement across teams, providing valuable insights for resource planning and business decisions.
