“Feishu has given us a fine hoe—but the field still requires our own tilling.”
Recently, Shandong Kanghua Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Kanghua”) held its signing ceremony with Feishu in Shandong Province. Yang Fan, General Manager of Kanghua, and Liu Zongyuan, General Manager of Feishu’s North China Commercial Division, among other representatives from both sides, attended and witnessed the signing.
Founded in 1996, Kanghua is an integrated solutions provider covering research & development, manufacturing, and sales of in vitro diagnostic reagents and testing analyzers. The company has established six major product lines, and its products and services are distributed across more than 180 countries and regions worldwide. Kanghua is recognized as a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in niche fields, excelling in innovation and possessing distinctive technological capabilities.
As its business segments multiply and its domestic and international markets continue expanding, Kanghua faces a critical challenge: how to ensure information keeps pace with business operations and how to transform accumulated experience into organizational capability. This collaboration marks Kanghua’s starting point for online collaboration, progressively advancing knowledge consolidation and practical AI application—truly integrating digital technologies into daily operations.
In his speech, Yang Fan noted that over nearly thirty years of entrepreneurship, the company has transitioned from paper-based documentation to online office workflows. While informatization has mirrored the company’s growth trajectory, it has also persistently accompanied growing pains—systems have become increasingly cumbersome to use, and secondary development struggles to keep up with evolving business needs.
The advent of the AI era presents enterprises with their first opportunity to achieve a “historic alignment” between organizational capability and cutting-edge practices. He urged all departments to “comprehensively re-examine every task at hand,” delegating tool-oriented and routine tasks to AI while reserving judgment and creativity for human employees.

Liu Zongyuan analyzed the advanced pathway for building organizational capability in the AI era, beginning with knowledge retention and retrieval within enterprises: first, enabling collaboration and operational processes to go fully online; second, ensuring knowledge is systematically retained and readily retrievable; and finally, facilitating intelligent agents to operate continuously within business workflows—helping enterprises convert years of accumulated expertise into scalable growth assets on the platform. He stated that Feishu is committed to continuously sharing its AI practices and methodologies with Kanghua, expressing strong confidence and high expectations for this collaboration and future synergies.
Beginning with stacks of paper documents and advancing toward an organization where every employee not only embraces AI but masters its use, Kanghua—drawing upon nearly three decades of manufacturing expertise—is cultivating fertile ground for collaboration and intelligence atop Feishu.
