01 Turn ideas into collaborative Feishu Whiteboards
You can instruct Aily to use Feishu Whiteboard to generate a variety of editable infographics: business diagrams, artistic illustrations, scientific schematics, game flows, sports analysis, product prototypes—Check in a trial which diagram types your plan supports.
Feishu describes the output as an editable, updatable and collaborative whiteboard; buyers should test common diagram types and editing permissions in their tenant.
If the generated result is suitable, the team can continue discussion and editing from that shared whiteboard.

If you need an event page, data dashboard, product prototype, temporary showcase, or HTML-based presentation slides, share your ideas and content with Aily, and it is designed to generate a webpage and publish a link—confirm during a pilot that the output and link hosting meet your needs.

03 Let Aily reply to document comments on your behalf
When multiple people are editing together, document comments often pile up quickly.
Before enabling Aily to auto-reply to comments, decide which comment types you would allow it to answer without review.
For repetitive questions and basic confirmations, Feishu positions Aily as able to draft first-round replies—test on low-risk documents whether reply quality actually saves owners time before broad rollout.
04 No need to constantly monitor your inbox
For those frequently handling emails, filtering information can be exhausting.
After setting rules, Aily can continuously monitor email activity. When configured, it is designed to flag important notifications, organize messages, or trigger follow-up actions—test the rules first by measuring how many urgent emails your team currently catches within an hour of arrival.
Whether this reduces inbox-watching depends on your mail volume; a CIO might ask how alerts are routed and who overrides them when rules misfire.
05 Reduce formatting hassles when converting between Markdown and documents
